Origin: Taking root in Linyi, the capital of building materials, and seeing the pain points in the industry

Linyi, a nationally renowned hub for the panel industry, has seen countless panel factories take root and grow here. With years of deep involvement in the building materials industry, we have witnessed the precious scarcity of traditional solid wood panels, which are prone to moisture, mold, and insect infestation, causing deformation; ordinary wall panels have poor waterproofing capabilities and are easily damaged in humid environments; outdoor wood requires annual painting and maintenance, consuming significant labor costs.

With the original intention of "replacing wood with plastic, protecting forests, and creating a new type of worry-free and durable eco-friendly building materials", we established a wood-plastic panel factory, rooted in the Linyi Panel Industrial Park, and officially entered the WPC (Wood-Plastic Composites) material sector.

Deep cultivation: polishing craftsmanship and maintaining the quality bottom line of source factories

In the early stages of factory construction, the team devoted themselves to studying the formulation of wood powder, plant fiber, and polymer raw materials, repeatedly testing the extrusion molding process, and overcoming industry challenges such as board bulging, fading, uneven density, and poor outdoor aging resistance.

We are well aware that the core competitiveness of a source factory lies in its production capacity and quality control. Therefore, we have successively established multiple fully automated intelligent production lines and set up a raw material testing laboratory. We have established a complete standardized production process, covering everything from wood powder screening, raw material mixing, high-temperature extrusion, surface coating, cutting and quality inspection, to finished product packaging.

We refuse to cut corners and strictly control the density, waterproof grade, and flame retardant standards of our boards. At the same time, based on market demand, we develop grating boards, hollow wall panels, outdoor co-extruded boards, and multi-color transfer-printed boards. We also accept orders for non-standard sizes, customized colors, and OEM processing.

Leveraging Linyi's extensive logistics network, our wood-plastic composite (WPC) boards are supplied to building material wholesalers, decoration companies, and engineering contractors nationwide. Our WPC boards can be seen everywhere, from damp bathrooms and balconies to hotel interiors, park walkways, and garden fences.

As foreign trade orders gradually increase, the factory has expanded its cross-border business, adapting to building material standards in different countries. Relying on stable quality, flexible customization, and sufficient production capacity, it has secured long-term cooperation with numerous overseas buyers, enabling the environmentally friendly wood-plastic panels made in China to reach various regions worldwide.
